Workout of the Day (aka WOD) 11.14.09

Warmup:

5 minute light DB (dumbbell) mixed compound movements.

WOD :

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 15 minutes:

15  Squats

10 Pushups

30 Jumping Jacks

—->Completed 15 rounds, plus 5 extra squatss before time ran out! (1st time trying this routine)

Then,

3 sets of :

1 minute jump rope (95% effort)

20 Jumping Pullups

Next,

3 sets of:

15 reps/side   Sumo Unilateral DB Deadlifts (50lb DB)

Finish with:

10 min jump rope (alternating b/w fast and med speed)

Total Time: 38 minutes
