WOD 11.15.09 (Outside @ Track!)

Warmup:
10 min jump rope + agility drills
WOD:
1 mile all out for time(can’t remember the last time I went all out for timed mile…was looking forward to see how I did, but hit clear instead of stop on stopwatch arggh).

Then:

10 sets stadium (36 step) sprints,

5 min. double under practice

Finished with 1 mile @ leisurely pace (beautiful out tonight…just enjoying it)
