WOD 11.18.09

Rest Day

Hamstrings are completly shot from yesterdays WOD.

However, it was worth it because I hit a new PR on the Deadlift @301 lbs.

It was between the Deads and the 100 yard sprints that got me for sure.

It’s ok to take a day off <trying to convince myself> when the body tells you to.  Muscle only grows at rest.

Nutrition is the base of human performance, so a little din-din will be served shortly (duh- grass fed burgers).
