WOD 11.22.09

Apon waking had 1 Tbls CLO, plus coffee with 1 Tbls coconut oil.

Sipped on Keto Protein Shake (recipe: http://tinyurl.com/yg4vxrd) pre/peri/post WOD.

TENNIS (indoors on clay) 11 am- 1 pm

Drills/ Practice with my old college buddy Pilner:

  • Light warmup rally
  • Baseline games up to 11
  • Serve/return practice
  • Played out points

It was great to hit the ball around again.  Now that fall/winter is here, I have been hitting so much less.  Indoor sparatic hitting is a good way to test how my off-court training is working.  It is paying off for sure.  Got some video footage today, too (look out for it soon).
