WOD 12.04.09

Took a well deserved Rest Day yesterday due to Multi-WOD’s on 12.02.09

<Note: I don’t schedule rest days, I listen to my body, and sense when the time is right.>

It’s getting cold up here in New England.  It wasn’t too windy today, so WCSU Alumni and good friend Ryan Pilner and I decided to have a heavy hitting tennis session at our local public hard courts (Roger’s Park).

WOD: TENNIS

  • Light Warmup (15 min)
  • All out hitting/ drilling (70 min)
  • Cool-down: Jump rope/footwork/ agility (10 min)

Total Workout Time: 1 hour, 35 minutes.

Sipped on a Keto Shake and h2o throughout/post workout.

Noticeable wrist strength improvement from increased amount of Olympic lifts (cleans, snatches, etc).
