I. NU-FiT WORKOUT ROUTINES:

A) “THE CHARGER”

Here’s a fast & furious workout routine I’ve created for you:
3 Exercises X 3 Rounds in10 Minutes or less!
Rep Scheme: 21-15-9
Med-Ball Squat Cleans, Box Jumps, Push Ups.
(Weighted vest optional for intermediate & advanced lifters)

II.  HOME WORKOUT MOVES:

A) 3 Simple Medicine Ball Exercises

Based on the Front Squat, I’ve added a few “twists” to increase core strength & athleticism.

III.  TIRE WORKOUT EXERCISES:

A) Deadlift Tire Flip

A simple explanation, and demo of this explosive movement.

IV.  OUTDOOR TIRE ROUTINES:

A) ROUTINE 1

Outdoor uphill tire lifting/throwing routine.

I’ve combined Olympic lifts with explosive elements to gain speed & power!

A typical day of on-court tennis training usually involves more intense/regimented drilling…today was a bit more lax.
